- 1 tsp vanilla
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese softened
Sauce
- ½ cup strawberry jam
- ¼ cup Grand Marnier optional
- ¼ cup water ½ cup if you’re not using Grand Marnier
Assemble
- 28 ladyfingers 2 - 24 oz packages
- 1 lb strawberries sliced
**Additional confectioner’s sugar, to dust on top
Storage
Strawberry tiramisu can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Do not freeze.
