Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and chopped
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup orange juice

1 tablespoon honey (optional)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine the strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, orange juice, honey, and vanilla extract in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  • Place the popsicle sticks into the molds.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
  • To release the popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
