Equipment

  • 8-quart slow cooker

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops - boneless
  • 10 oz cream of chicken soup - condensed - 1 can just the contents of the can, don’t add water.
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 oz ranch seasoning - 1 oz dry packet
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Spray the cooker insert with cooking oil.
  • Add the pork chops to the bottom of the insert.
  • Combine the condensed soup, heavy cream, broth, seasoning, garlic salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Whisk well until combined and then pour over the top of the pork chops.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours. (or on high for 3 hours)
  • Serve with mashed potatoes and some of the gravy drippings on top.

Notes

You can use 6 pork chops for this recipe instead of 4.
You can use bone in pork chops but the cooking time will be a bit longer.
