Ingredients

  • 2 lbs smoked sausage sliced into rounds
  • 1 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 1 lb green beans trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Combine the sausage, green beans, and potatoes in a large bowl.
  • Pour the olive oil over the top and then add the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat, making sure all of the seasonings are distributed evenly.
  • Transfer to a baking sheet. Spread into an even layer.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes. Stir halfway through. Cook until the potatoes are fork-tender and the sausage has browned.
