Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread half of the pretzels on the parchment in a single layer.
Add one Rolo to the top of each pretzel.
Bake for 2-3 minutes - just enough to soften the Rolo, you don’t want it to melt or flatten.
Remove and immediately top each with another pretzel, gently pushing down to flatten the Rolo to make a sandwich. Don’t flatten too much, you just want them to stick and hold together. Refrigerate to firm the sandwiches faster.
Melt the candy melts according to the package directions - usually by placing them in a microwave-safe bowl and heating them in the microwave at 50% power in 30-second intervals, stirring inbetween each interval until melted.
Once melted, dip half of the cooled pretzel sandwiches in the chocolate to coat. Place on the parchment-lined baking sheet and immediately top with sprinkles to decorate.
Let set at room temperature for at least 20 minutes to set before serving or storing.

This recipe halves, or doubles easily - depending on your needs.You can use any variety of Rolo or even change it up by using a mini peanut butter cup, caramel square, or other gooey candy.Change up the toppings to whatever you desire based on the type of celebration or holiday.Instead of pretzel snaps, you can use mini twists, pretzel waffles (rounds), pretzel crisps, or pretzel flats.STORING Store leftovers in an airtight container on the counter for up to 2 weeks.
