Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 ½ cups frozen peaches

Instructions

Simple Syrup

  • Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan.
  • Whisk together over medium heat until the sugar completely dissolves. Then remove from the heat and let cool completely.

Sorbet

  • Combine the frozen peaches, the lemon juice, and cooled simple syrup in the blender.
  • Blend on high until completely smooth.
  • Transfer the blended peach mixture into a loaf pan and spread evenly.
  • Place in the freezer and freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight until frozen before serving.
