Crust

Filling
- 6 cups peaches - fresh - peeled and sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Crumb Topping
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar -packed
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup butter unsalted, cold, and cut into small pieces
Filling
Toss the peaches with sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until well combined. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
Topping
Combine the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
