If you're making these over a campfire, let the flames die down until you have hot coals.
Separate the cookies and place the halves with the cream filling facing up on a plate or baking sheet.
Place a square of chocolate on top of each cream-filled cookie half.
Next, place a marshmallow on top of the chocolate.
Skewer the marshmallows on roasting sticks and toast them over the fire until golden brown and gooey.
Once the marshmallows are toasted, carefully place the remaining cookie halves on top of each marshmallow to create a sandwich.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
