Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Arrange the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and season with salt and black pepper. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the fries from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and bacon over them. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Once out of the oven, top the loaded fries with drizzles of sour cream and sliced green onions.
