Ingredients

  • 3 pounds french fries frozen
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled - crispy
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Arrange the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and season with salt and black pepper. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove the fries from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and bacon over them. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Once out of the oven, top the loaded fries with drizzles of sour cream and sliced green onions.
