Instructions
Big Mac Sauce
In a small mixing bowl combine the mayo, diced onions, pickle relish, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, and white wine vinegar.
Whisk well until all the ingredients are completely combined. Set aside for later.
Burgers
Combine the ground beef, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Use clean hands to work the seasonings into the meat until distributed.
Divide the meat into 4 portions and form into patties.
Flatten each patty to approximately 3.5 inches in diameter.
Place them in the frying pan before turning the heat on.
Cook over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes on the first side.
Then flip and let cook for another 3 minutes on the other side.
Remove from the heat and then place the cheese slices on top of each patty, letting it melt.
Start assembling the Big Mac.
Place the bottom half of the bun on a plate.
Then top with some of the homemade sauce.
Add one patty.
Top with 2 pickles and then some shredded lettuce.
Place another bottom half of a bun on top of the lettuce.
Add more sauce, then the patty, pickles and lettuce.
If you want an extra saucy burger, spread the sauce to the top bun too, before placing it on top of the last layer of shredded lettuce to finish the Big Mac.
