Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni uncooked

Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain the fat and transfer the cooked beef to the cooker insert.
  • Add the broth, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper on top of the cooked ground beef. Stir to combine.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  • Stir in the uncooked macaroni. Cover and cook for an additional 2 hours or until the pasta is tender.
  • Serve with a dollop of sour cream, if desired.
