Ingredients

  • 3 pounds chicken breasts - boneless/skinless
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced

Instructions

  • Prep a 5-quart slow cooker (or larger) by spraying with cooking oil.
  • Add the chicken to the cooker.
  • Combine the honey, soy sauce, water, and garlic in a small bowl. Whisk well to combine and then pour the mixture over the top of the chicken.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours - or until the chicken is fork tender.
  • Shred the chicken by pulling with 2 forks.
  • Serve over white rice mashed potatoes.
