3 pounds chicken breasts - boneless/skinless ½ cup honey ½ cup soy sauce ¼ cup water 1 tablespoon garlic minced
Prep a 5-quart slow cooker (or larger) by spraying with cooking oil.
Add the chicken to the cooker.
Combine the honey, soy sauce, water, and garlic in a small bowl. Whisk well to combine and then pour the mixture over the top of the chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours - or until the chicken is fork tender.
Shred the chicken by pulling with 2 forks.
Serve over white rice mashed potatoes.
