Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 ¼ cup dill pickle relish
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon dill weed
  • salt and pepper to taste

Topping

  • ¼ cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  • Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a medium bowl. Mix together until smooth.
  • Stir in the dill pickle relish.
  • Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and dill weed. Mix well.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
  • Before serving, combine the panko breadcrumbs with the melted butter.
  • Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the top of the dip.
  • Garnish with additional pickles or seasonings, if desired.
  • Serve chilled with your choice of chips, crackers, veggies, or pretzels.
