- 1 cup cream cheese softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 ¼ cup dill pickle relish
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon dill weed
- salt and pepper to taste
Topping
- ¼ cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter
Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a medium bowl. Mix together until smooth.
Stir in the dill pickle relish.
Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and dill weed. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
Before serving, combine the panko breadcrumbs with the melted butter.
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the top of the dip.
Garnish with additional pickles or seasonings, if desired.
Serve chilled with your choice of chips, crackers, veggies, or pretzels.
