Sweet, salty, and colorful, Flower Pretzel Bites are the perfect springtime treat! Made with pretzels, chocolate, and candy-coated chocolates, these adorable bites are easy to make and fun to share.
Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
Spread 36 pretzels on the prepared baking sheets in a single layer. (you can also work in smaller batches of 12 at a time since you will have to work quickly to add the candies)
Add one chocolate melting wafer to the top of each pretzel.
Bake for 2 minutes – just enough to soften the wafer, you don’t want it to melt.
Remove and immediately decorate by pressing a single M&M into the center of the melted chocolate wafer, then surround with 6 more M&Ms of a different color to make the flower petals – working quickly so that everything sets into the melted chocolate before it firms up again.
Repeat the steps with the second tray of pretzels.
Let set at room temperature for at least 20 minutes to set before serving or storing. You can refrigerate them to speed the setting process.
