Ingredients

  • 24 ounces crab meat - fresh or imitation
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 scallions chopped (plus more for garnish)
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease a 9x9 baking dish. Set aside.
  • Combine the crab meat, mozzarella, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, scallions, and minced garlic in a large mixing bowl until well-mixed.
  • Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until melted and bubbly.
  • Top with the sweet chili sauce and additional scallions for garnish.

Notes
