  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat the convection oven to 400°F (200°C). Place a wire rack on a baking sheet and set aside.
  • Toss the chicken wings with olive oil in a large bowl, until evenly coated.
  • Mix the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using) together in a small bowl.
  • Sprinkle the spice mixture over the chicken wings and toss until evenly coated.
  • Place the seasoned chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are in a single layer and not touching.
  • Bake on convection for 35-40 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through cooking.
  • Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
