Ingredients
1cupcilantro leavesfresh - packed
4clovesgarlicminced
¼cupred wine vinegar
½cupextra virgin olive oil
1tablespoonlime juice - fresh
1teaspoondried oregano
½teaspoonred pepper flakes

Instructions
Rinse the cilantro leaves and pat them dry with paper towels. Mince the garlic cloves finely.
Combine the cilantro leaves, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, lime juice, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth and well combined.
Taste and season with salt and pepper according to your preference. Blend again briefly to incorporate the seasoning evenly.
Transfer the sauce to a serving bowl or jar. Serve immediately, or refrigerate it in an airtight container for up to one week.
