1 cup red grapes halved 1 cup green grapes halved 1 cup pineapple diced - fresh 1 red apple diced (Honeycrisp or Fuji works well) 1 green apple diced (Granny Smith) 2 kiwis peeled and sliced ½ cup pomegranate seeds ¼ cup fresh mint leaves chopped 2 tablespoons honey Juice of 1 orange Juice of 1/2 lemon
Combine the grapes (both varieties), pineapple, apples (both varieties), kiwi, and pomegranate seeds in a large mixing bowl.
Whisk the honey, orange juice, and lemon juice together in a small bowl until well combined.
Pour the honey mixture over the fruit and gently fold all of the ingredients together to coat the fruit with the sauce and mix throughout.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. It is best enjoyed chilled.
Garnish with sprigs of mint before serving.
