Ingredients

  • 1 cup red grapes halved
  • 1 cup green grapes halved
  • 1 cup pineapple diced - fresh
  • 1 red apple diced (Honeycrisp or Fuji works well)
  • 1 green apple diced (Granny Smith)
  • 2 kiwis peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  • Combine the grapes (both varieties), pineapple, apples (both varieties), kiwi, and pomegranate seeds in a large mixing bowl.
  • Whisk the honey, orange juice, and lemon juice together in a small bowl until well combined.
  • Pour the honey mixture over the fruit and gently fold all of the ingredients together to coat the fruit with the sauce and mix throughout.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve. It is best enjoyed chilled.
  • Garnish with sprigs of mint before serving.
