- 1 avocado diced - large
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup cilantro fresh - chopped
- ¼ cup feta cheese crumbled - optional
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Combine the chickpeas, avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro in a large bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
