- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- ½ cup mozzarella cheese shredded
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
fresh basil, for garnish
grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
The mozzarella cheese can also be melted using a kitchen torch, or heat gun, or by placing the lid over the skillet for a few minutes.
