3 chicken breasts cubed - large boneless, skinless ½ teaspoon smoked paprika ½ teaspoon onion powder salt and pepper to taste 8 ounces cream cheese softened ½ cup heavy cream ½ teaspoon garlic powder 5 jalapeno peppers seeded and diced (5-6 peppers) 2 cups cheddar cheese - sharp - shredded 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Grease a 9x13 baking dish with cooking oil.
Add the chicken to the prepared dish in an even layer.
Season the chicken with the smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Add the diced jalapenos evenly over the top of the chicken.
Whisk the cream cheese, heavy cream, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Spread the cheese mixture over the top of the jalapenos and chicken.
Top with the shredded cheese.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until the chicken is done.
Add crumbled bacon to the top for serving.
