Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper optional, for extra heat

Instructions

  • Combine the chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, coriander, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Whisk together until well combined.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.

Notes

To use, rub generously onto steak or mix with lime juice and oil for a marinade.
