Instructions
Cook the noodles according to the package directions, cooking to al dente, using a shallow stockpot.
Drain the noodles, reserving 1 cup of the pasta water. Set aside.
In the same pot, melt the butter over medium-low heat.
Add the noodles back to the pot, along with the reserved pasta water, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
Stir well to coat the noodles.
Top with the parsley to serve.
