2poundschicken breastsboneless, skinless - cut into 1-inch pieces
2tspsalt

Bang Bang Sauce
½cupmayonnaise
¼cupsweet chili sauce
2tablespoonshoney
1tablespoonrice vinegar
2teaspoonshot sauce
1teaspoonsesame oil
Instructions
Soak the skewers in water for 30 mins (to prevent burning).
Cut the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
Add the chicken to the skewers after they have soaked.
Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Grill the chicken skewers for about 10-12 minutes (if using cast iron grill spray with non-stick spray or cooking oil first)
Grill for 10-15 min, turning occasionally so that all sides are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
Make the Bang Bang Sauce
Mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, hot sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil together in a medium bowl until well combined.
Drizzle the sauce over the cooked chicken when serving.
