Ingredients

Chicken

  • 2 pounds chicken breasts boneless, skinless - cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper

Bang Bang Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

Soak the skewers in water for 30 mins (to prevent burning).

  • Cut the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the chicken to the skewers after they have soaked.
  • Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  • Grill the chicken skewers for about 10-12 minutes (if using cast iron grill spray with non-stick spray or cooking oil first)
  • Grill for 10-15 min, turning occasionally so that all sides are cooked through and have nice grill marks.

Make the Bang Bang Sauce

  • Mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, hot sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil together in a medium bowl until well combined.
  • Drizzle the sauce over the cooked chicken when serving.
