Korean Banana Milk is a beloved drink in Korea, originally made famous by Binggrae. This homemade version blends fresh bananas, milk, sugar, and water for a creamy, naturally sweet treat that’s just as tasty—if not better—than the store-bought kind!

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas - ripe
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup use real syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Combine the bananas, milk, water, syrup, and vanilla in a blender and blend on medium for 30 seconds.
  • Pour into a glass and serve.

Notes

Keep it refrigerated in a sealed container for up to 2 days.
Freezing is not recommended due to the dairy content.
Another form of sweetener can be used in place of the syrup, but keep in mind that making the swap will change the flavor.
For the best flavor, make sure the bananas are VERY RIPE.
