Ingredients
1 ½poundschicken - cubed
4cupsbroccoli florets - 12 ounces fresh or frozen - do not use frozen broccoli cuts
Add half of the cheddar soup. (you can use the whole can if you want it extra cheesy)
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil. Add the shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake for an additional 10 minutes, uncovered.
Garnish with parsley when serving - opt.
