- 5 Roma tomatoes
- ½ red onion
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 1 lime juiced
- 2 tbsp cilantro chopped
- ¼ salt or to taste,
- ¼ black pepper or to taste
Dice the tomatoes, and onion, and transfer to a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Chop the jalapeno and cilantro and add to the mixing bowl.
Cut the lime in half, and set aside.
Toss the salsa ingredients in the bowl. Squeeze the lime over the mixture and then season with salt and pepper.
Mix until well combined.
Serve with tortilla chips.
