Plain Shishitos

shishito peppers

flake sea salt

Sesame Soy Shishitos
8
ounces
shishito peppers
½
tsp
olive oil

tbsp
soy sauce

tsp
toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
For Plain Shishitos
Add the peppers to a large bowl and toss them with olive oil.
Transfer to the air fryer basket. Cook on 400F for 4-5 minutes, or until they are crisp and blistered.
Squeeze the lemon juice over the top of the peppers and season with sea salt to taste.
Serve warm.
For Sesame Soy Shishitos
Add the peppers to a large bowl and toss them with olive oil.
Transfer to the air fryer basket. Cook on 400F for 4-5 minutes, or until they are crisp and blistered.
Transfer to a bowl and add the soy sauce and sesame seeds. Toss to combine.
Serve warm, with a squeeze of lime, if desired.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, substitute tamari for soy sauce.
