Prepare the air fryer by lining the tray or basket with perforated parchment.
Use a pastry brush to coat both sides of the cheese with the oil.
Season both sides of the cheese with the paprika and garlic powder.
Place the seasoned cheese on the prepared tray (or basket) and cook at 350 for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Flip the cheese and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes or until that side is also golden brown and the cheese is crispy on all sides.
Remove and immediately top with honey, red pepper flakes, and thyme before serving.
Enjoy while hot.
