1cupold-fashioned rolled oats
½cupchopped walnuts - or any chopped nut variety of your choice (pecans, almonds, or peanuts)
Combine the oats, nuts, honey, coconut oil, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Toss the ingredients together until evenly coated with the honey, oil, and flavors.
Line the air fryer with a sheet of parchment paper.
Add the seasoned granola mix on top of the parchment - pressing gently into an even layer.
Cook at 330 degrees for 8-12 minutes - stirring halfway through.
Once cooked, use the overhanging parchment to help remove the granola from the basket or tray.
Let the granola cool and set at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
