Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a springform pan with parchment paper on the bottom and around the edges of the pan.

Mash together Oreo crumbs and melted butter. Transfer to a prepared springform pan and place in the freezer while making the cream cheese filling.

Cream the cream cheese until it is lump free. Add in the milk, vinegar, vanilla extract, sour cream, and cocoa powder until combined. Then add each egg one at a time, fully incorporating each time. Finish it off with some red food dye to your liking.

Add filling to on top of the Oreo crust and shake/jiggle it to get it to lay flat across the top. Bake for 60 minutes.

Remove from oven and let chill for at least 6 hours. When ready to serve, make your cream cheese topping by whipping together cream cheese and sugar. Then add vanilla and salt. Whip the whipped cream separately and then combine. Pipe it on top of the cheesecake.
