Combine the ham, chopped bell pepper, and white portions of the scallions in a large skillet. Cook over medium-high heat. Saute for 5-8 minutes or until the bell pepper softens a bit and the ham has browned. Add pineapple.

Push everything to the side and add in your eggs. Cook eggs through and then remove all from the pan.

Add the butter and sesame oil to the pan and cook the rice up a bit. Add in the previous mixture and combine.
