Brioche Bread Eggs Milk Vanilla Extract Salt Unsalted Butter Light Brown Sugar Heavy Cream

Slice the brioche into 1-inch cubes, be careful not to flatten the bread while cutting. Mix together egg and milk mixture.

Lightly spray a baking dish and add the bread cubes and pour over the egg mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit 6-8 hours (or overnight).

Add the remaining ingredients to a sauce pan to make the caramel sauce. Stir until the mixture begins to bubble. Pour over bread and bake for 40 minutes.
