Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours – or until the beef is tender and easily pulled with a fork.

Once cooked, pull the meat until you reach the desired shredded consistency. Stir the pulled beef into its juices. Sprinkle with the lime juice and stir again. Serve as desired.
