Begin by creaming together the wet ingredients and dry ingredients. Slowly incorporate the dry into the creamed butter, wet mixture.

Slowly stir in chocolate chips followed by half of the M&M's. Refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Roll into balls and bake for 9-12 minutes.

Right after pulling them from the oven, top with the rest of the M&M's for pretty looking cookies.
