Combine flour, butter, sugar, and salt in a large bowl then use a pastry cutter to begin working the butter into the dry ingredients until it looks like crumbles.

Add the water once you have the crumbly texture and work it together with your hands, pressing lightly and kneading it together until you have a moist ball of dough that holds together well.

Flour your rolling pin and roll out the dough as you usually would. Add to your pie pan and trim excess dough. Pole holes in the bottom of the crust with a fork and bake at 425 degrees for approx. 15 minutes. Do not poke holes if you are filling the pie before baking.
