Combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, dry sugar cookie mix and the butter in a microwave safe bowl.

Microwave for 1 minute. Stir well to allow the chocolate to continue melting from the residual heat. Return to the microwave and heat in 15 second increments.

Once the mixture is melted and smooth, stir in the sprinkles, reserving some for the top. Spread in greased baking dish.
