Place ribs in slow cooker and sprinkle them with the pepper, onion powder, garlic salt, and paprika.

Combine the BBQ sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, and garlic in a bowl, whisking until combined. Pour 3/4 over the ribs. Save the rest.

Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.

Remove and pour on the rest of the sauce before serving.
