– 5 pounds rump roast cut into chunks
– 1 pkt onion soup mix
– 1 pkt au jus mix
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– ½ teaspoon dried oregano
– ½ teaspoon dried thyme
– salt and black pepper to taste
– 2 cups water
– 10 oz beef consomme 1 can
– 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Place roast in slow cooker. Top with the onion soup mix, beef gravy mix, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
