Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion about 1 cup finely diced
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup 1 can
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded, divided
- ⅓ cup milk 2% or whole
- 2 cups frozen corn thawed – or mixed vegetables
- 20 oz frozen tater tots 1 bag
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Lightly spray a 13×9 baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
