- In a 9×13 casserole dish, place a layer of graham crackers, breaking any of the crackers to fit if needed.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, strawberry ice cream topping, and vanilla until smooth. Add the heavy cream, and confectioner’s sugar – beating until soft peaks form.
- Drop about ⅓ of the creamy mixture over the graham crackers and spread it into an even layer.
- On top of the cream mixture, place an even layer of the strawberries.
- Repeat the layers twice.
- Then, take the remaining strawberries and make a decorative layer on the top.
- Crush any remaining graham crackers and sprinkle over the top.
