Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup unsalted butter grated (plus additional for brushing, if desired)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
