I made this as instructed but it wasnt cakey enough for me. I am questioning the recipe measurements, it was very loose and never soaked up all the butter. Maybe reduce butter to a half stick òr increase bisquìck to 2 cups.

It might also help to remove the lid or place a paper towel between the lid and the cooker for a time at the end to help absorb all that excess moisture that would keep it from setting up.
