I love a good cup of coffee. How about you? It’s how I start my day so early & what keeps me going until the late hours. I like to make a batch of cold brew to keep in the fridge. Then I can change up my flavors as my cravings or seasons change. This Salted Caramel Cold Brew Coffee is my favorite.

How to make Cold Brew Coffee
I like to keep things simple & I don’t have a ton of time. Fortunately, I can make coffee for a week with just one box of Dunkin’ Donuts Cold Brew Coffee that I pick up on my weekly trip to Walmart. Have you seen it? Tried it?
Did you know that cold-brewed coffee is less acidic than hot-brewed? That makes it really smooth & delicious. It has been said that when you brew with cold water over a longer period of time, you extract the fruity & chocolaty notes & still get the caffeine, but it leaves out bitter notes that come with a hot brew. It sure tastes great & is my preferred way to have a cup of jo.
It’s so easy to make. Just drop, steep & LOVE! I can go grab myself a glass any time I want some. Enjoying cold brew without having to leave the house is SO NICE! Adding flavor variations keeps it interesting & makes it easy for all of us to personalize each & every cup. The Dunkin’ Donuts Cold Brew Coffee make 2 full pitchers which means I have enough for everyone.

I am on board with salted caramel ANYTHING! We used to have an amazing cupcake place in our Chicago neighborhood and the best flavor was the salted caramel cupcakes. I always go for salted caramel drinks when I can get them…definitely pinning this to come back to!

I have used both Torani & Tate & Lyle (regular caramel flavor with a pinch of salt) for this. Both fabulous.
