Parmesan Fry Bread
Ever had fry bread before? Maybe you have made it yourself. It’s often called Navajo bread or Indian Bread & which are best made in a large cast iron skillet. For me, bread, in general, is a huge weakness. Maybe it’s because I am a lover of carbs. I really don’t know, but what I do know, is that I can’t get enough of bread, especially homemade versions. This fry bread, in particular, has been calling my name since I first saw it in stores a long while back. I searched the internet for a recipe, long before Pinterest existed. I found a couple, blended some together until I found the perfect ingredients to make them just the way we like them. Recently, I started seeing recipes pop up all over Pinterest, which made me realize I have never shared our favorite recipe with you here.

Because I love bread so much, I could honestly just eat these plain, right after cooking them. Yes, I do love them that much. What’s not to love? It’s a super simple bread recipe that’s ready in minutes. Don’t forget that it’s fried, which in my book, makes it all the better. One of the best ways to eat these is to add things to them like you would a crust or shell. Often times you will see them used as the base for mini pizzas or even as a shell for tacos or tostadas. We like to use them for those dinner recipes as well and I will probably be sharing those recipes with you here soon I’m sure. But until then, you can make these and get creative with how you want to top them yourself. You won’t be disappointed. They are definitely scrumptious.

Add these to your dinner tonight! I guarantee they will be a hit! Another idea would be to use this bread as your base for a killer breakfast open sandwich. Imagine how amazing that would taste. Fry bread, bacon, and eggs altogether is absolute heaven for me because I just can’t get enough of breakfast and dinner combined. Furthermore, I know this would be delicious when used as the bun for one epic burger. Just think of that, if you will!
