Notes for Roasting Mushrooms
- This recipe calls for cremini or button mushrooms but shitake or king oyster would also work! If using portobello, I recommend slicing them into ½” slices.
- I’m using olive oil but feel free to use your favorite neutral cooking oil.
- Fresh garlic and thyme are my seasonings of choice but feel free to swap out your favorite herbs– rosemary and sage would also be delicious!
- Salt and pepper are key to delicious mushrooms! Don’t forget to season them
