My kids have a new favorite breakfast. Overnight oats. It’s so easy – my son & I prepare the jars the night before & when they all get up in the morning they just grab one. They no longer have to wait to all have breakfast together. It’s all done & ready to go. So you can imagine we have been trying all sorts of different ways to make it to find our favorites. My son- being the biggest cinnamon fanatic in the house – is really partial to this Oatmeal Cookie Overnight Oats recipe. It’s loaded with cinnamon, dairy free with the addition of Silk® Almond Milk Protein + Fiber & packed full nutrients that keeps them all going all day long.
Just add the ingredients to the jar – give it a good shake & refrigerate until morning. I told you it was simple.
We like to add a little granola with raisins on top of this one to really give it that Oatmeal Cookie flavor.
It’s great to use the Silk® Almond Milk Protein + Fiber for this because making it dairy free means that everyone in the house can enjoy it.

Yum! I love overnight oats. I need to test that Silk. I’ve never liked the consistency of them, but here this one is different!

Do you heat the oats up before eating in the morning?
Gina Kleinworth says
You know- it’s totally optional. My kids eat them either way. I think their favorite is when it’s heated just to room temperature.
