Monster Cookie Bites are an easy no-bake dessert that any M&M lover will ask for time & time again. Oats, peanut butter & honey make these a great snack!
Have I ever mentioned how much I love no-bake treats? Surely I may have mentioned it a time or two. What’s not to love? Goodies that are ready in just a few minutes are perfect for hectic nights, or last-minute potluck recipes. You name the event & I can think of the perfect no-bake dessert to bring. One of my favorites doubles as a breakfast/snack type recipe too.
Monster Cookie Bites- they are loaded with peanut butter, honey & oats- so there’s some healthy stuff in there, right? Yeah- I can try to justify it all I want when I’m craving one or two of these with my coffee.
I’m an adult, do I really have to justify having a cookie before the sun comes up? Nooo- I don’t think so. But no matter what, they really are a great no-bake cookie option that I know you will love.

I always look for an excuse to use mini M&M’s & mini chocolate chips. Mini just makes it so much more fun, don’t you think? All that mini chocolate combined with peanut butter sure is delicious.
I could enjoy these every single day. I’m sure the kids wouldn’t mind either if we had these on hand 24/7. But you know, they are so easy- I really could just let them make them whenever they want. No need to have me do it for them.
