- ½ cup kalamata olives halved
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic

- 1 teaspoon coriander ground
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ginger ground
- ¼ teaspoon cumin ground
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
