We will be having a low key day with some Egg Salad Sliders – it’s sort of a tradition now. Then there will definitely be these Marshmallow Easter Bars. Oh my – white chocolate & marshmallows- you can’t beat it. Plus they just look so cute!
Here are some commonly asked questions
What other candies can I make these with other than sixlets?
I have made these in a few different varieties. Sometimes we top with M&M’s, Cadbury candies, even jelly beans are great.
Can I make these with semi-sweet or milk chocolate?
Absolutely- however, they won’t be as pretty. But I can tell you that they will be just as delicious.
HOW DO YOU MAKE Marshmallow Easter Bars?
- Line 8×8 baking dish with parchment & set aside.
- Melt your chocolate in double boiler until it’s smooth & silky.
- Remove from heat – allow to cool 1-2 minutes.
- Add marshmallows & 1/2 the container of Sixlets – stir to coat.
- *Note- work quickly -the marshmallows will start to melt in the warm chocolate.
- Transfer to prepared pan – smooth out.
- Top with additional Sixlets.
- Place in freezer to firm up the chocolate quickly- leave for 20 minutes.
- Remove & cut into squares – serve.

I love how easy these are to make. Done in less than 30 minutes- including set time. You can make these up just before your guests arrive & they will be ready before you are done saying your hello’s.

Marshmallow Easter Bars
Ingredients

- 3-1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 4.5 oz Sixlets in Easter colors
Instructions
